Running, and other stuff!: The Fear!

I am a sort-of runner. I say sort-of because sometimes I run a lot, and sometimes I stop completely for a bit. But once you have discovered running, even when you are taking a break from it for a bit, you're still a runner at heart really. Once you have started down this track and have experienced the highs and lows involved, it's something that stays with you always.

I started this blog to document the build-up for me running my first (and only) marathon - the London Marathon 2013. Completing that marathon fulfilled an ambition I had held ever since I first pulled on a pair of trainers and started plodding.

Since that is behind me, I have kept up with the occasional post about what I have been up to since. Mostly running, with some other random stuff thrown in for good measure!
